PRODUCT FEATURES
AI interview guidance for preparation and live sessions.
OfferSteady combines an English Web workspace with a desktop Companion so you can prepare context, follow a conversation, request guidance, and review the session in one workflow.
What does the AI interview assistant do?
OfferSteady turns live interview audio, typed questions, and user-triggered screenshots into structured guidance. Before a session, you choose the resume, job description, and optional knowledge materials that are relevant. During the session, the Web workspace displays interviewer and candidate transcripts separately and can prepare a Quick Answer when you request one or enable Auto Answer.
The product does not replace your judgement or make an unverified claim true. Treat every response as a draft: check the facts, adapt the language to your natural speaking style, and answer from experience you can support.
How are answers grounded in your materials?
A session uses only the materials you select. Resume and job-description context help the assistant focus on the role, while optional knowledge collections can provide project or domain information. The answer view keeps source provenance visible where available so you can distinguish selected material from generated guidance.
Grounding improves relevance, but it is not a guarantee of accuracy. Review names, dates, metrics, technical details, and responsibilities before using a suggestion.
Which workflows are available?
Realtime interview guidance follows live audio from the connected Companion. Screen Assist handles a screen region that you deliberately capture. Written Exam mode removes the audio workflow and keeps screenshot-based assistance. Interview Review brings together confirmed questions, guidance, transcripts, and source context after a session.
OfferSteady is designed for English-language use across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Device and meeting compatibility still depends on the operating system, permissions, audio route, and interview platform.
How do you choose the right input?
Use live transcription when the interview is happening on a supported computer and you want to follow the conversation as it develops. Use a typed question when audio is unavailable or when you want to restate a question precisely. Use Screen Assist only for material that is visible on your selected screen and that you are permitted to capture.
Each input has a different limitation. Speech recognition can revise a partial sentence, typed text reflects exactly what you enter, and a screenshot may omit content outside the captured region. Check the original question before deciding that the guidance addresses it.
What should you check before relying on an answer?
First confirm that the recognised question matches what the interviewer asked. Then check every reference to your resume, employer, project, date, metric, tool, or responsibility. Remove anything you cannot defend and shorten wording that does not sound natural when spoken.
For a technical answer, also check assumptions, constraints, trade-offs, failure handling, and whether the requested programming language is selected. For a behavioural answer, make your own action distinct from the team's work and keep the result tied to evidence you actually have.
Use OfferSteady responsibly
Follow the interview organiser's rules for AI assistance, recording, screen capture, confidentiality, and external tools. Obtain consent where required. OfferSteady should help you organise what you already know, not present invented experience or confidential information as your own.
