1. Service Description

OfferSteady is operated by 杭州临平知界智能技术工作室（个体工商户）, based in Hangzhou, China. Website: https://offersteady.com.

OfferSteady provides AI-powered interview preparation and assistance tools including real-time transcription, contextual response guidance, resume and job-description based assistance, screenshot-based assistance where permitted, and related interview preparation features. This is a digital software service for job seekers, not a recruitment or job-placement service.

2. Eligibility

Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these terms and are permitted to use the requested features. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Where legally required, obtain a parent or guardian's authorisation before use.

3. Account Responsibility

Provide accurate account information and safeguard your password, verification codes and signed-in devices. Do not transfer accounts or let others misuse your access. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised account or device use.

4. AI-generated Content

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. OfferSteady provides guidance only; independently verify every claim before using it and deliver answers based on your real experience. The service does not guarantee interview success, employment or any particular result.

5. Acceptable Use

OfferSteady must not be used to impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications, violate confidentiality obligations, circumvent assessment security measures, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Do not invade privacy, infringe intellectual property or trade secrets, attack the service, automate abusive traffic, or present generated claims as experience you do not have. Upload only content you have the right to process.

6. Interview Rules and Third-party Policies

You are responsible for complying with the rules, confidentiality requirements, recording policies, AI policies and other requirements established by interview organisers, employers, assessment providers or other third parties. Obtain participant consent where required. If assistance or capture is prohibited, do not use those features in that session.

7. Paid Services

The Pricing page lists the price, included tools and access duration of each plan. Paid access is delivered digitally to the purchasing account after confirmed payment; its period starts at confirmed payment, not first use. Available capabilities and usage allowances depend on your active plan.

Secure checkout for paid plans is provided through Creem. Review the final total, applicable taxes and billing terms before authorising payment. Free allowances are a one-time grant per account, not a recurring paid subscription.

8. Billing

Prices are in USD. Review the final total, applicable taxes and billing terms before authorising a transaction. Interview Day Pass, Pro Weekly and Job Hunt are one-time purchases. Pro Monthly renews automatically each month until cancelled.

For an active subscription, use the available billing portal to cancel future renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation normally preserves access until the current paid period ends; it does not automatically refund past charges. Contact support if billing controls are unavailable or a charge appears incorrect.

9. Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, requests, processing and exceptions. Refund eligibility depends on the plan, usage and applicable consumer law; a request is not an unconditional refund guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain the rights you hold in materials you lawfully provide and authorise OfferSteady to process them as needed to deliver the selected features. OfferSteady software, interfaces, branding and service content are protected by applicable law. AI output may not be unique and must be checked for accuracy and third-party rights.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how account information, uploaded materials, transcripts, screenshots, operational data and payment metadata are processed. Use available capture and material controls to limit what you share and avoid uploading unrelated personal or confidential information.

12. Limitation of Liability

Networks, device permissions and third-party speech, AI or cloud services can cause delays, interruptions or inaccurate results. Do not rely on OfferSteady as the sole means of completing an interview. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for hiring decisions or losses arising from reliance on unverified AI output or use contrary to these terms. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account assistance or deletion. Stopping use alone does not cancel a subscription; cancel renewal separately. Serious misuse, fraud or security threats may result in restricted or terminated access, subject to applicable law. Contact support to question a restriction or resolve remaining billing issues.

14. Governing Terms

These terms, the published plan details and our Privacy and Refund Policies describe your use of OfferSteady. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections prevail over conflicting terms. No provision removes a right that cannot legally be waived.

We may update terms for security, compliance or service changes. Material changes affecting user rights will be communicated through an appropriate notice. Contact us first with a concern so that we can try to resolve it; this does not restrict available legal remedies.
