Security and privacy are product boundaries.

OfferSteady uses practical safeguards to protect accounts, selected materials, and active interview workflows.

Data minimisation

Raw audio is not stored by default. The service processes the content needed for active transcription, selected-material retrieval, user-triggered screenshots, and answer guidance. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information.

Access and transport

OfferSteady uses authenticated access controls, encrypted network transport, server-side secret isolation, and minimised operational logs. Passwords and complete payment-card details are never requested by support.

Capture boundaries

Opening the website does not start microphone, system-audio, or screenshot capture. The desktop Companion uses granted permissions only for the feature you activate. Follow applicable law and the interview organiser's rules.

Report a concern

Report a suspected security issue to contact@oneshowailab.com with a clear, non-destructive reproduction and no unnecessary personal data. No network service can guarantee absolute security, but reports are investigated and prioritised according to risk.
