Privacy Policy

This notice explains how the OfferSteady Global service handles information.

Effective date / last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Information processed

Account information includes your email address, password authentication data, verification and session records, and necessary security audit data. Uploaded content may include resumes, job descriptions, knowledge documents, extracted text, retrieval embeddings and version metadata that you choose to provide.

Interview information may include typed questions, real-time transcripts and audio-derived text, generated guidance, user-triggered screenshots and screenshot recognition results. Raw audio is not stored by default; audio frames are processed for transcription. This does not mean transcripts or generated results are never retained.

Device, browser and usage data may include Companion identifiers, operating system and software versions, network/request metadata, permission and capture health, feature activity, errors and performance metrics. Support requests contain the information you choose to send.

Payment-related metadata may include customer, order and subscription identifiers, selected plans, amounts, currency, payment status and refund events. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. OfferSteady does not directly store full payment card details.

2. Purposes and service providers

We use this information to authenticate accounts, manage materials, parse documents, retrieve selected context, provide transcription and AI guidance, deliver purchased entitlements, handle support and refunds, measure reliability, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

The content needed for a selected feature is processed by relevant hosting, storage, document parsing, speech recognition, AI inference, email, payment or operational service providers. Providers may process information outside your country; the locations and safeguards depend on the service involved. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your account. We do not claim a security certification or universal data-residency guarantee.

3. Capture controls

Opening the website alone does not start microphone, system-audio, or screenshot capture. The desktop Companion requests or uses those capabilities only for the feature you activate. Follow the interview organiser's rules and obtain consent where required.

4. Browser storage and usage analytics

The website uses browser storage for authentication, preferences and session or device state. Operational activity and performance information help us diagnose errors and understand service use. Where a promotion attribution flow is active, its cookie and session marker may associate a qualifying visit with that flow. This notice does not mean every visitor receives a promotion cookie.

You can clear browser storage or adjust browser controls, but doing so can sign you out or reset preferences. Contact us about available privacy choices.

5. Retention and deletion

Raw audio is not stored by default. Materials, extracted content, transcripts and generated results can be retained for the features you use, subject to configured retention and deletion controls. Account, payment, support and security records may be retained as needed for service delivery, disputes, misuse prevention or legal obligations.

A deletion action may first mark a record as deleted and queue removal from storage and related processing systems. Cleanup can require retries and is not an immediate erasure of every copy. Records retained for a lawful obligation or recovery process may remain longer. Ask support about the scope or status of a deletion request.

6. Security

We use authenticated access controls, encrypted network transport, server-side secret isolation and measures to limit unnecessary logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and avoid sharing unrelated sensitive material.

7. Your rights and choices

Use available product controls to manage supported materials and session records. You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export or assistance with an account, and to exercise any other privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need reasonable identity verification and will explain applicable limitations. Do not send complete identity documents unless a secure, necessary process is agreed.

8. Operator, contact and updates

The operator is 杭州临平知界智能技术工作室(个体工商户), Hangzhou, China. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@oneshowailab.com.

We update this notice when data flows or practices materially change and provide an appropriate notice where required. Never send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card numbers to support.
