Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase by emailing contact@oneshowailab.com from your account email. Include the account email, order information and reason for the request. Do not include a password or full payment-card number. This request window is not a promise of an unconditional refund and does not limit mandatory legal rights.

For a duplicate charge, renewal error or another billing concern, contact support with the relevant order details even if it is outside the initial-purchase window. We aim to acknowledge and respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

Eligibility

We will review requests fairly, including duplicate charges, incorrect charges, failure to receive purchased access, or a material technical problem that we cannot resolve. Usage already consumed and the circumstances of the request may be considered where permitted by law.

Abuse, fraud, violations of these Terms, or dissatisfaction caused only by inaccurate information supplied by the user may not qualify, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Processing

We review the plan, payment record, usage and circumstances of the request and communicate the decision through support. If approved, a refund is processed through the payment provider and returned to the original payment method. Bank or provider processing determines when funds appear; our response target is not a guaranteed bank settlement time.

Refunded access may be removed or adjusted to reflect the refunded purchase. Contact us if the result does not match the agreed resolution.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Pro Monthly renews automatically until cancelled. Use the available billing portal to cancel future renewal before the next billing date, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation does not itself refund an earlier charge. Access normally continues until the paid period ends unless a refund is approved. One-time plans do not renew automatically.

Exceptions and consumer rights

This policy does not promise a refund solely because an interview or hiring result was disappointing. AI output is guidance, not a guaranteed result. Eligibility remains subject to the facts and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region. If a policy condition conflicts with a right that cannot legally be waived, that mandatory right prevails.
